OCR Handwriting to Text Automations for n8n

An n8n workflow allowing you to test OCR with handwritten documents which convert them to plain text. One workflow is generic and is designed to allow you to test many different models using Open Router. The second automation is more specialized and is designed to handle a structured handwritten document like a delivery manifest (samples provided) and input them into Google Sheets saving tons of time of manual input. In addition, the workflow is prompt engineered so that you can also accept a second type of document (a handwritten paid invoice, for example) and it will mark the item as paid in the Google Sheet.
